Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and versatile Office Manager/Finance Assistant to ensure smooth daily operations and provide critical support to the Head of Finance. As the Office Manager/Finance Assistant, you will play a key role in maintaining the office's efficiency and assisting with various financial tasks. Office Management: - Oversee daily office operations to ensure a seamless work environment - Develop and enforce office policies and procedures - Organize team events and maintain effective internal communication 2. Financial Support: - Manage accounts payable and receivable - Assist in budgeting and financial reporting - Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions 3. Administrative Duties: - Manage executive calendars and coordinate travel arrangements - Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes - Order and manage office supplies - Handle sensitive information with confidentiality 4.
