Telesales Executive s Responsibilities

• Make warm calls to customers who have expressed an interest in the product and requested more information
• Explain the details and close the sale

Telesales Executive s Requirements

• Background in telesales, telemarketing, sales, customer service, care, hospitality as full sales and product training will be given
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Target driven with a positive personality
• Good IT skills
