Group Service & Aftersales Administrator Location: Southampton, Hampshire Type: Full time, permanent Industry: Marine Industry - Leisure Yachting The role: Reporting directly to the Group Aftersales Director, the purpose to this role is to represent the brand to customers, manufacturers, shareholders and other staff from an administrative perspective. Including: Accounts Administration - invoicing & credit control / controlling debt; Control of work-in-progress (WIP); Clock card input; Creating job cards; Managing cost control & expenses; Booking flights & accommodation for Technicians/ Engineers and Managers; Reviewing 'Princess Connect' system and highlighting potential opportunities; Assisting with training of new staff on the Kerridge system & functionality; Assisting with the launch of the HubSpot system; Other general administrative duties. The role involves direct contact with Line Managers, Directors, representatives of the Manufacturer, Suppliers, Specialist Repairers and Sub-Let Suppliers. Requirements: Strong administrative skills; Proficient in the Kerridge system (preferred); Ability to juggle a busy workload; Strong communication skills and a professional approach to work; Team player; Experience within the Marine industry (Leisure Yachting) is preferred, but transferrable experience from the Motor Industry aftersales department would be of interest.
