Climb Recruitment are proud to be working with a leading manufacturing business in the Worksop area.

Due to strong growth, they are looking for a talented Administration Assistant to join their fulfilment team on a part time basis. This is a growing business which likes to promote from within so will provide long term opportunities for the right candidate.

Role: Administration Assistant

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Processing product returns to and from our suppliers, fulfilling customer requirements.

  • Processing import/export paperwork (Training provided)

  • Arranging collections (Training provided)

  • Expediting purchase orders

  • Expediting purchase orders acknowledgements

  • Providing PODs

  • Scanning

  • Data input

  • Data analysis

  • Other general admin duties.

Experience Requirements:

  • Warehouse administration experience preferred

  • Experience working with Purchase Orders

  • As this is a role within a small team, strong teamwork and people skills are essential

  • Ability to work within a fast paced environment where accuracy is critical

  • Experience working with ERP systems is an advantage but training will be given

  • Understanding and experience using Microsoft Office/Equivalent.

Salary & Benefits:

  • 26k pa (Pro-Rata) Depending on Experience

  • Working Hours: 25 hours per week. Actual working hours to be discussed with the successful candidate as there is flexibility available

  • Benefit scheme available (on completion of probation)

  • Bonus scheme (on completion of probation)
