MDE are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our a fast-paced team in Stoke-on-Trent! If you are a strategic leader with a passion for customer service, this role offers the perfect blend of hands-on management and leadership responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Customer Service and Order Processing departments, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage customer enquiries and complaints, driving proactive solutions to enhance satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor teams, conducting performance reviews and fostering a positive environment.
  • Develop and implement structured processes to improve efficiency and service levels.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved effectively and in a timely manner.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar office management role, ideally within a customer service-driven environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on developing a proactive team culture.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Experience in process improvement and implementing structured procedures.
  • Proficiency in customer service software and strong IT skills, including the Microsoft Office suite.
