Salary: £22,000 per year

Hill Mcglynn Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and organised Receptionist / Administrator for our esteemed electrical client in Bromley South. This is a full-time position, working five days a week from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the reception area, greeting visitors, and handling incoming calls.
  • Performing general administrative duties including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence.
  • Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings.
  • Maintaining office supplies and ensuring the reception area is tidy and welcoming.
  • Supporting other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
