We are looking for a well-organised, motivated and flexible Administrative Officer to join the Business Resources Division of the Adult Social Care and Public Health (ASC&PH) Directorate.

This position will provide effective and efficient office and administrative support to Adult Social Services across Richmond and Wandsworth, ensuring the provision of supplies and services across the Directorate.

About the role

This position will report to the Business Support Manager (H&S, Resilience & Risk) and will undertake a variety of administrative tasks including ordering of office supplies on Integra, managing the shared mailboxes, the distribution of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), processing of parking permits and business permit renewals and some Health & Safety related tasks.

This role requires proven administrative experience with good IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.The post holder will need to have excellent communication skills, an eye for detail and an ability to manage competing priorities daily.This can be a fast-paced role and can provide the right candidate with a fantastic opportunity to take on new skills, knowledge and experiences which can help support further career development.
