Looking for a new administrative challenge? We are seeking a skilled and organized Office Administrator to support our busy office with essential tasks and operations.

Hours & Compensation:
  • Temporary position with the potential to become permanent
  • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 2pm 10:30pm
  • Salary: £27,727.30 (including uplift)
  • Own transport is preferred due to the company's location
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general office duties, including managing correspondence, phone calls, and filing.
  • Provide administrative support across various departments.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized workspace.
  • Assist with meeting scheduling, preparing documents, and data entry.
  • Foster clear communication between departments to ensure smooth workflow.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous experience in office administration is essential.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Own transport is preferred due to our location.
