Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Recruitment Compliance Administrator at Cap247 Customer Services. The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining interpersonal relationships, utilizing analytical skills, effective communication, and managing compliance-related tasks.

Job Role includes:

  • Seeking and hiring new staff within the bounds of the relevant laws and regulations.
  • Being aware of the relevant rules and how to abide by them to ensure that employees are compliant.
  • Checking Employees Right to Work in the UK.
  • Checking and validating all documentation including passports, RTW's, Qualifications and experiences.
  • Maintaining the database and files, ensuring all paperwork is checked and up to date.
  • Conducting and verifying DBS checks.
  • Where applicable maintaining the records for sponsored candidates, ensuring the system is up-to-date and all paperwork is in date, compliant and recorded effectively.

  • Experience in recruitment compliance or related field
  • Knowledge of recruitment procedures and reporting
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Understand what documentation is required to maintain compliance.
  • Be able to maintain files and online systems (for example HR platforms)
  • Experience in the care sector is desired.
  • Excellent Written and Verbal English skills.
  • Be able to work to deadlines.
  • The ability to track, trace and record documents.

This role will initially be part-time and is office based. It has the potential to go to a full time role for the right candidate.
