Key responsibilities of our Administrator (Auctions) to include:
Administrative support to sales and management department within the office
Communicating with clients and suppliers
Taking calls and message taking
Typing and data entry
Filing
Skills and experience required to be our Administrator (Auctions)
Preferably experience as an Administrator / Secretary or similar role
Customer focussed and comfortable in a client facing role
Resilient, positive, numerate and detail oriented
Organised and able to prioritise workload in a fast paced environment
Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
