Are you looking for a part time administrative position in the Bracknell area?

This is a brand new role due to rapid business growth and so we at Treatment 4 Water are looking for someone to join our small but friendly team as a part time Administrator.

The role will be to support our Operations Manager and Business Account Manager in the day to day running of the business.

Duties to include but not limited to:

  • Processing orders from the placement of order through to dispatch
  • Liaising with 3rd party suppliers such as courier and manufacturing warehouses
  • Monthly stock take of our warehouse inventory of raw materials and finished goods
  • Liaise with customers on order queries related to dispatch
  • Be the first point of contact on the phone for the business
  • General administration duties such as ordering office supplies, arranging PAT testing and Fire Safety tests
  • Ordering test kits and supplies for customers when required
  • Updating of daily sales spreadsheet used for reporting at the end of the month

To be considered for the position we are looking for someone who prides themselves on customer service, is quick thinking and who has experience within an administrative position previously.

Ideal candidate will also have strong Excel skills and experience of working on CRM/Sales systems.

Due to location, candidate will need to drive or have access to being dropped off as there is no bus route.

This position will be office based Monday - Friday for 20-25 hours per week, with a start time no later than 9am.

Salary £25,000 - £28,000 pro rata depending on experience

25 days annual leave + bank holidays (again pro rata)
