This is a key and pivotal role to support the Studio Director of this North London architecture practice. Contribute to the smooth running of projects as well.

This long established, and employee owned architecture studio, with a focus on sustainability are seeking an experienced PA and Project Assistant to join their team in North London.You will be supporting the Studio Director, managing their busy schedule, as well as working closely with the newly formed EOT Board and assisting the project teams.   • PA support to Director - including diary and email management, travel arrangements and secretarial support as well as organising internal and external meetings.
  • Support to the Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) Board including minute taking and meeting organisation.
  • Creating documents and reports in InDesign
  • Managing and coordinating drawing issue protocols
  • Receiving and logging incoming drawings and consultants' reports
  • Maintaining up to date project data and records
  • Organising project meetings, booking rooms and arranging travel where required
  • General typing and minute taking
  • Research as required by the project team
  • Coordinating studio meetings and events
  • Covering reception as required

Skills and Experience

  • Prior PA and project support experience, ideally within the design/architecture industry
  • Ability to work discretely and confidentially, with a calm and professional manner
  • Confident telephone manner and excellent spoken and written English with good spelling and grammar
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and to meet demanding deadlines
  • Advanced InDesign and Photoshop skills
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • An eye for detail and accuracy.
