The Sales Administrator role:

As a Sales Administrator, you will provide exceptional administrative support to our sales team, assisting with the processing of customers' vehicle orders and all associated administration. Ideally with previous experience of sales administration, you'll be keen to learn, highly organised, and passionate about customer service.

Key Highlights of the Role:

+ Being a central point of contact for your colleagues
+ Working closely with the sales team to process customers' vehicle orders
+ Completing pre-delivery related tasks eg. vehicle registration, taxing vehicles, collating paperwork in a timely and accurate manner
+ Providing administrative support to the sales team
+ Liaising between in-house departments, including after sales, ensuring completion of invoicing and to ensure records are accurate and up to date
+ Managing stock, keeping records complete and up to date for new, used and fleet sales
+ Providing appropriate data for centre financial reporting and customer relationship management
+ Working across teams, engaging with sales colleagues and other members of the dealership as appropriate

What we are looking for:

+ Previous administrative work experience is advantageous, however no specific industry experience is required
+ A full UK driving licence
+ Eligibility to work in the UK
+ Flexible to work hours required to carry out the role effectively and take on infrequent travel for work and training purposes
+ High standards of verbal and written communication
+ Good level of general education - at least National 5s in English and Maths and ideally Highers (or equivalent)
+ Good IT skills, (MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel) and social media skills
+ Previous work experience within a sales environment would be beneficial
+ Interests that support your work life balance
