This energy organisation in London is recruiting a Mandarin-speaking Project Coordinator to join their team. This company is a multinational green technology company that has received recognition for its performance, operates across multiple continents including Asia, US and Europe and is a market leader in their field.
Your new role
The purpose of this role is to provide project coordination support to the wider team. The duties for this role will include:

• Project planning and scheduling
• Tracking and managing project resources and resource management
• Handling compliance and documentation for reporting
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
• Monitoring and reporting on project risks

• Fluency in both Mandarin AND English (required for communication and reporting)
• Background/qualification/degree in project management, with a focus on energy or environmental science preferred.
• Previous experience of 2 or more years in a project administration or coordination position.
• Knowledge or previous experience in Energy industry is highly advantageous.
• Can-do, flexible attitude coupled with a high work ethic and ability to adapt to new environments and challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills, able to handle unexpected issues and mitigate risks.
