Description:

Our client a disability charity based in Fulham is currently seeking a Centre Administrator to cover a 1 year maternity contract. As a vital team member, you will provide essential administrative and organisational support to the CEO, senior leadership team and people it supports.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring the smooth running of the conference/meeting hire/booking, office, updating records and IT issues, storage facilities, and general office administration.
  • Overseeing and working with the Administration Assistant and supporting a freelance Finance Assistant in the key areas: finance, online payments, Access to Work records, membership records, training events, disability equality, and peer support.
  • Maintaining/updating the charity's website, social media and CRM system.
  • Promoting the charity's work in the community, raising money via community events and donations.

About you:

  • Experience in managing administration, general running of the centre and/or customer service ideally within a charity or not-for-profit environment.
  • Experience in data inputting and customer communication.
  • Can demonstrate good financial understanding with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills to ensure effective administration and organisational systems.

We are seeking applications from candidates with a real passion for organisation, excellent communication and social media skills, strong MS IT skills (particularly Microsoft Office) and who have a really positive and proactive approach to work.
