Personal Assistant London The Organisation Our client is a faith-based charitable organisation. They are one of the leaders in the country, for their charitable mission, working with schools, parishes and social justice initiatives. They are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to join them on a part-time, permanent basis, working 28 hours per week across four days, however, this is negotiable upon appointment. You will play a key role in supporting said member, enhancing your administrative and organisational skills while contributing to the smooth running of a large and respected faith-based organisation. The Role As a Personal Assistant, you will provide key support to a senior member of our client's team to ensure their time is maximised and they can achieve the aims and goals of the organisation. Working out of the senior member's office directly, you will be the first point of contact for the office, managing their day-to-day correspondence and telephone enquiries and co-ordinating their diary. Liaising with other PAs and the Private Secretary as necessary, you will organise all aspects of the individual's day-to-day working life, ensuring efficiency and achievement are paramount. Specifically, you will: - Process all correspondence in line with the organisation's protocol - Book travel and insurance - Create meeting minutes and agendas - Compile and maintain a database of contacts and engagements - Set up weekend organisation visitation meetings - Support the quick setup and smooth running of engagements About You To be considered as a Personal Assistant, you will need: - Experience in an administrative and/or secretarial role - Experience of working with senior management in a large, complex organisation - Excellent communication and organisation skills - Computer literacy All applications from all different faiths or none for that matter are more than welcome to apply.
