Weighbridge Operator-Administrator

This Weighbridge Operator-Administrator position at a Waste Management Company in Aveley offers an engaging role with a focus on vehicle monitoring and data management at the weighbridge system. Job Details:

• Pay: £12.00 per hour (8am-5pm); £18.00 per hour for work outside these hours
• Attendance Incentive: £20 per day
• Work Hours:
  • Monday to Friday: 05 00 (flexible)
  • Saturday: 07 00 (flexible)
• Location: Ferry Lane, Rainham
• Work Schedule:
  • 9-11 hour shifts
  • Day shift
  • Weekend availability (Saturday mornings)

Job Responsibilities:

• Weigh and monitor all vehicles entering and leaving the facility.
• Manually enter data into the system when required due to IT issues.
• Ensure all duties comply with the company s health, safety, and operational guidelines.
• Check duty of care paperwork for accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate with drivers and contractors to ensure safe entry and exit of the site.
• Provide excellent customer service, especially when answering calls.

Required Skills:

• IT literate with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in a similar operational environment.
• Familiarity with Waste Logics software (desirable).
