The Role The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the Chief Executive and Registrar (CE), Chair of Council, members of Council and the Committees, and members of Senior Management Teams (SMT) as required. This role is integral to maintaining the integrity of the organisation and specifically the governance structures as well as ensuring the smooth operational delivery of their council and committees. Key duties of the role include: High-level executive assistance to the Chief Executive and Registrar and members of the Senior Management Team; High-level governance assistance to the Chair and members of the Governance Structure (Council members, Committee Chairs, and members); Liaison with staff and stakeholders in assistance and on behalf of the Chief Executive and Registrar, the Chair of Council and Committee Chairs; Ad hoc administration support for the organisation. The ideal candidate Our client is looking for an experienced executive assistant, with solid diary management skills, and who is highly IT literate, open to learning new systems, and confident in using tools like Microsoft Office Suite, Admin Portal, and online meeting systems such as GoTo Meeting. You will thrive in this role if you are flexible, an active listener and have exceptional attention to detail. You will handle challenges calmly, identify potential risks, and maintain respectful communication while addressing gaps in operations. The Successful Candidate will have experience of:
