Description: Customer Service Executive Office Based Permanent

Your new company / role
The company is a leading Powersports dealership specialising in off-road vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, sports, and electric models. They have established a strong reputation for excellence within the industry. Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Customer Manager to support the Director in managing key accounts and customers on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle daily customer interactions, technical queries, and sales of parts and accessories.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers for smooth operations.
  • Manage sales inquiries for new and used machinery, mainly for Polaris/Agricultural customers, and occasionally support the electric/bike business.
  • Manage daily administration e.g. oversee CSR systems, invoicing, order processing, and general admin tasks.

  • What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience of working in Powersports, agriculture, 4x4, or plant machinery industry (desirable)
  • Knowledge of machinery, either mechanically or in sales (desirable)
  • Experience with customers, handling both businesses and individuals (essential)
  • Must have a full UK driving licence.
  • NOTE: Must drive due to location of the office
