Your new role You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, order taking, checking stock availability, processing orders, scheduling customer orders, liaising with transportation, dealing with customer queries and general administrative duties. The hours for the position are 07:00 to 15:45 or 08:15 to 17:00. It does involve working 1 Saturday in 4 from 07:00 to 12:00 but this is working from home and you get paid time and a half for this. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have previous administration and customer service experience, have strong communication skills, have previously worked in a fast-paced environment and ideally have used SAP. What you'll get in return You will be working for a large organisation that is a leader in their area and you will receive an annual salary of £28,000.
