Your new role The position of Customer Services Specialist will see you work closely with senior managers, supporting them in their efforts to develop new business and providing exceptional support to managed accounts. You will work directly with customers, dealing with all queries and complaints, gain a good understanding of the customers' needs and utilise your knowledge of the product portfolio to best match that customer with the product they need. You will work with and across multiple departments simultaneously, 3rd parties and customers in order to deliver the service required for large-scale contracts, B2B as well as B2C customers. You'll process orders efficiently, dealing with any returns and provide quotes to customers as well as technical documentation as required to support the customer installation.
What you'll need to succeed You will need to be experienced in Customer Services with direct customer contact, internal sales team support and able to provide support to large contracts, develop relationships well with customers and have strong stakeholder management skills to allow you to utilise internal relationships effectively. You'll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and multitasking skills and be able to build rapport with customers quickly.
