Job Title: Temporary Payroll AdministratorLocation:Outer Leeds (with parking available)Duration:2-3 weeks Job Description:We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our team for a short-term project. This role is fully office-based in outer Leeds, with convenient parking available. Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees. Training will be provided. However, there will be more inputting of information.
Ensure accurate and timely payroll transactions.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations (Training provided)
Requirements:
Previous experience in payroll administration or data entry is preferable.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
