Your new role As the first face of the company, you will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients in a professional and friendly manner.Other duties will include: - Answer and direct phone calls promptly and accurately - Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency - Maintain office filing systems and keep records up to date - Handle incoming and outgoing post efficiently - Use computerised systems for various clerical duties - Manage emails and correspondence effectively - Support staff with general administrative tasks What you'll need to succeed
Ideally, have a receptionist background
Strong Administration experience
Used to working in a fast-paced & pressurised office
Strong customer focus
