Your new company Hays are pleased to be working in partnership with a recognised company with an office in Bridgend to support them in their requirement for a full-time, temporary Data Administrator to join their existing team. This role will play a key part in providing the wider business with operational reports through accurate data manipulation and processing. Your new role Day to day administrative tasks may include (but not limited to) working with spreadsheets, data, reporting and report creation, data presentation, financial reconciliation, document creation, document storage and retrieval, contract administration, job transactions, systems transaction management. Liaising with external contractor organisations and suppliers where required to obtain necessary information, evidence or clarification; Adhere to all legal, statutory, financial regulations and best practice regarding the purchasing function in all aspects of service delivery. What you'll need to succeed Previous experience of working confidently & accurately with large volumes of data, spreadsheets, documents and computerised systems, preferably in a compliance or housing environment. Be able to understand and interpret financial information and data to a reasonable standard. Demonstrate an understanding of business processes and good business acumen. Demonstrate an understanding of services provided by Housing Associations;Demonstrate excellent numeracy and analytical skills, with the ability to understand and interpret statistical and financial information.
