Surecall Recruitment are seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative Assistant Band 2 to join our client's team in Bedford MK42 area.

Due to the nature of our roles, candidates must be a UK Resident residing within the local area. Please note we cannot offer visa sponsorship for overseas candidates.

Key Benefits we offer are:

• Part time, 9 hours/2 days. Monday and Friday, 08:45-13:15
• Competitive salary of 11.44/hour
• Weekly pay

What is expected from you:

• To deliver an effective and competent level of receptionist and/or clerical support and consistently deliver a "client-focused" service
• Answering telephone calls, taking messages and passing on accurately to the relevant departments/person.
• Ensuring that general office supply levels are maintained
• Demonstrable experience of working in an administrative environment and working with computerised data systems.
• Knowledge of Lilie database is mandatory.
