Part-time Training Administrator Temporary 6 months contract, supporting with maternity leave 2 days per week £11-£13 per hour Start date November 11th Key duties:
Supporting the Learning and Development department to ensure smooth day-to-day running
Diary management for L&D trainers
General administration duties
Supporting with monthly reports
Communicating via email and occasionally phone
Managing electronic processes for training i.e. certificates, transport, accomodation, materials, confidential records
What you'll need to succeed
3+ years administration experience
Experience working for a care/education company is ideal but not essential
Knowledge of IT systems, especially MS Teams, Outlook, MS Office
Exceptional attention to detail skills
Good time management, diary management and organisation skills
