Salary from £35,758 to £40,741 pa inclusive with potential to progress to £43,604 pa inclusive of London allowance

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is one of the foremost social science universities in the world, with a global reach and an international student intake.

The Student Service Centre (SSC), where this post is based, plays a pivotal role in LSE's central administration, performing mission-critical functions that are fundamental to the student experience and educational journey. Within the SSC, the Student Records team is responsible for important core operations related to central student record management.

This challenging but rewarding post is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in Higher Education administration. You and your team will be committed to providing an outstanding level of student-focused service, delivering wide-ranging core student record management activities, including results and award processing, assessment board support, change of circumstances and external reporting.

You will be an exceptionally well-organised individual who will take responsibility for key parts of the team's remit. You will excel in a fast-paced administrative environment, managing your own varied workload with competing deadlines. A keen eye for detail will be essential, as you ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of the work. You will assist the Head and Deputy Head of Student Records Management in applying our ethos of continuous improvement, ensuring that we continue to provide an excellent service across all relevant areas.

Previous experience within Higher Education administration is welcome.
