Data Administrator Wanted!

Our client, a leading customer analysis company, is seeking a Data Administrator to join their expanding data team.
The Data Administrator will be the primary contact for internal and external data queries and will ensure all data and records are accurately captured and maintained within specified SLAs.
Responsibilities for the Data Administrator:

• Ensure databases and industry registers are accurate through exception reporting and reconciliations.
• Maintain network systems, recording accurate data and changes effectively.
• Achieve service SLAs and meet customer needs, including responding to queries to provide top-tier service.

Key Skills Required for the Data Administrator

• Professional, confident, and calm under pressure.
• Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience in a data-driven role is preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
