Description:

We are seeking an experienced senior administrator to support the work of the Conference Office of the Methodist Church, managing administrative functions in a professional, positive and customer focused way. This position is Maternity cover, and will be a 12 month FTC. The postholder will take responsibility for particular work areas, processes and tasks, using their own initiative to ensure that deadlines are met. The post holder will have proven abilities as an administrator, ideally in a complex organisation. They will be a team player able to work closely with a wide range of individuals across the organisation.They will have strong interpersonal skills that enable them to develop effective relationships.They will be motivated to deliver good 'customer service' and understand what this looks like from the perspective of the 'customer'. They will have a flexible and proactive approach to work, with strong attention to detail, which enables them to prioritise and proactively manage multiple and changing priorities.
