Your new company You will be working for an established manufacturing company in Hull as part of their customer service team. In this role, you will work closely with the customer service manager and the production team to successfully fulfil the orders from their established client base. Your new role In this fully office-based role, you will deal with customer queries over the phone and email. You will provide accurate quotations, input orders onto the in-house CRM system and create invoices. You will be able to build on and develop existing relationships and some skill or willingness to learn sales skills such as cross-selling and upselling would be beneficial. What you'll need to succeed You will have a strong background in customer service and be able to build relationships with your client base. You are IT literate and have strong written and spoken communication skills. You will be a team player and able to work effectively, prioritising your workload. What you'll get in return 35 hours a week contract 8.30-4.30 Monday to Friday 23 days annual leave + bank holidays (accrue 1 day per year of service up to max 26 days) Ongoing training and development
