Role Overview As a Project Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient delivery of our projects. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Assist project managers with day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, maintaining project documentation, and handling correspondence.Data Management: Maintain accurate project records, track progress, and update databases. Prepare reports and presentations as needed.Communication: Liaise with internal teams, external partners, and volunteers. Ensure effective communication channels and timely updates.Logistics: Coordinate logistics for project events, workshops, and training sessions.
