Description: | As a Switchboard Operator of the WTW Switchboard you will be a member of a small team of 5 operatives reporting into the Facilities department within Real Estate and Workplace Services. Each day the switchboard takes in excess of 600 calls covering both internal and external queries. Queries can vary from the redirection of calls to an individual/business unit to a request for a specific pension plan. Although the post is supervised, there are periods of time when an Operator is required to demonstrate a considerable level of initiative, so we are looking for a candidate who has similar experience, strong customer service skills along with the ability to navigate around new systems. The hours are shift based covering 8am to 6pm. (8-4, 9-5, 10-6). Contracted hours are 7 per day: Week 1 - Monday and Tuesday Week 2 - Monday.
