Description: | Technical Administrator Hanningfield - Chelmsford Essex and Suffolk Water Full Time - Monday to Friday 14.34 per hour 6 months minimum Great opportunity to work with my client at their Sandon Valley House site. You would be working with a small team of 3 who deal with developers who have requested a freshwater connection to our network. The team take calls and mainly response to emails and there is scheduling of field activities. They work to tight deadlines and metrics which contribute to business performance (DMEX). We are currently sitting at second place in the industry. The small team will help customers through the process and validate their work to ensure they have met all requirements, then will release the job to our planners for the connection to be made. The successful candidate must be customer focused and have the skill set to work to tight deadlines and balance multiple priorities, one of the metrics we are measured on in DMEX is the customer journey, so we need people who can deliver good quality work, balanced with an excellent service to developers. You may need to deliver difficult messages to developers who are also working to tight deadlines. Due to being highly regulated we need to ensure we are capturing and recording the precise data to ensure we are compliant, attention to detail is essential.
