Climate17 are pleased to be working again with an environmental consultancy who are experts in historic environment and specialise in heritage, archaeology, planning, landscape, ecology and arboriculture.

In the past 14 years they have grown in strength and numbers and have a team of skilled Consultants all working remotely on a variety of interesting projects. They are urgently looking to find a Project Administrator to join their support team and work in unison to provide efficient and effective administrative support to ensure delivery of projects and tasks.

The Role

This is a key and pivotal role within the company, enabling the Consultants to maintain a best in class service to clients, which the whole company strives to maintain. Your role is to assist the Consultants with project administration and complete a range of functions through all stages of the project lifecycle. Including:
  • New project set up and review of documentation checking for gaps or errors
  • Issuing fee proposals, framework agreements, completing supplier forms and e-filing.
  • Maintain tracking and report logs completing supplier forms and appointment documentation, tracking report logs.
The company operates a remote / home working model, with a requirement to attend a company-wide quarterly meetings/event in central London, bringing the team together to celebrate their success.

Key skills
:

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have previous experience within administration or project management in a support role. Other requirements:
  • Able to multi-task and prioritise workload.
  • Active communicator with good written and verbal communication skills, able to take clear briefs and follow guidelines.
  • IT and data administration proficiency using MS Office, cloud computing and databases.
  • Able to function as part of a remote team and deliver tasks against deadlines.
  • An understanding of the planning and development sector would be useful.
