Description:

Jeannine Manuel School is seeking an efficient, proactive, and enthusiastic individual to become an Assistant to the Director of Admissions, Communications, Compliance, and Development. This is a unique opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a genuine interest in supporting both administrative and compliance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Director with administrative tasks
  • Support compliance responsibilities, including maintaining accurate records, assisting with audits, and staying updated on regulatory changes
  • Conduct research as required, especially on compliance-related topics and industry regulations

The successful candidate will have:

  • High-level organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clear and professional interactions with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency with office software (Excel, Word, Google Workspace )
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in documentation and compliance-related tasks
  • Discretion and confidentiality, particularly when handling sensitive compliance information
  • A genuine interest in working with children and young people!
