Permanent part-time administrator, based in Stockport, 20 hours a week, immediate start
Your new company This well-established and long-serving business is seeking a part-time administrator to join their team. Your new role You will be responsible for providing administration support to the operations team. This includes handling calls from customers, booking accommodation and travel for engineers, updating documents, monitoring hire equipment, supporting project managers, handling and processing POs, inputting and placing orders, and any other ad-hoc duties required by the team, including updating files. The role is a part-time role, 20 hours a week across 4-5 days, with the potential to increase to 30 hours a week. What you'll need to succeed Your previous experience within an administration role will help you succeed in this role. You have excellent communication skills and are confident speakers to customers over the phone. You're proactive and can work well off your own initiative. You're bright and personable and work well within a team. You're also organised with excellent attention to detail. What you'll get in return You will receive an excellent salary of £25,000 which will be pro rata for 20 hours a week.
