The role has arisen due to company expansion as they continue to make significant strides in the sector they operate within. Duties of the Administrator position: Answering calls for queries Ensuring all contracts are input and invoiced correctly Resolving customer invoice queries. Ensured company processes and procedures are adhered to. Ensuring all paperwork produced correctly for the Service manager Updating job cards Generating quotations Inputting orders Resolving procurement queries Raising Purchase orders.
