Description: Bradford Hybrid Customer Service Temporary Full-time hours

I am working with a client in Bradford who are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join their team on a temporary basis.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering a high volume of incoming calls
  • Providing outstanding customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment
  • Resolving customer enquiries and issues efficiently and professionally
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work under pressure
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
  • Flexibility to work in a hybrid environment (both in-office and remote)
