Your new role:
The Assistant Product & Services Coordinator will support a Product Team in the end-to-end delivery of CITB products and services. The role holder will work with colleagues across a number of teams to support customer-driven products and services that meet the requirements of CITB's strategic objectives and the needs of the industry.

What you'll need to succeed:
Essential:• Clear, confident and persuasive communicator at appropriate levels demonstrated by a variety of written, verbal and face-to-face methods.
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal (and some external) partners
• Experience of communicating with customers and other key stakeholders
• Ability to clearly convey issues and solutions to colleagues and users
• Strong customer focus
• Self-motivated and able to plan and organise your own workload
• Able to work on your own initiative where appropriate
• Able to work effectively within a team
• Committed, enthusiastic and professional
• Numerate and computer-literate
• Good attention to detail in communications, reports, data and financial aspects
• Ability to interpret, evaluate and disseminate information
• Strong problem-solving skills
Desirable:
• Experience supporting delivering Products and/or Services
• Experience of working in a product/service or project management environment
