Your new role We are seeking a highly organised and enthusiastic Team Administrator to join our dedicated team at Insert NHS Trust Name . The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to our clinical and administrative teams, with a particular emphasis on creating and delivering high-quality PowerPoint presentations.Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to clinical and administrative teams, including managing schedules, booking meeting rooms, and handling correspondence.
Prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations for team meetings, training sessions, and other events.
Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection regulations.
Assist with the preparation of reports, minutes, and other documentation.
Support the team with various tasks, such as processing referrals, arranging appointments, and managing phone calls.
Collaborate with colleagues to gather information and feedback for presentations.
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present information clearly and confidently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within the NHS or a similar healthcare setting.
