We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Project Administrator to provide Project support for the ongoing delivery of our Automotive projects.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day project tracking against budget
  • Providing reliable and comprehensive reports to the team
  • Accurately maintain records and databases
  • Support with the allocation of budgets
  • Follow Expleo Business Processes to ensure compliance
  • Raising Purchase Orders and matching payments
  • Chasing outstanding invoices
  • Checking and chasing Engineer timesheets
  • Full life cycle project administration to support a busy engineering team

Essential skills

  • A pro-active self-starter with excellent attention to detail
  • Detailed knowledge of Excel, Outlook and Teams
  • A strong administrative background
  • You will have the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
  • Project Management qualifications such as APM or Prince 2 is not essential but would be an advantage

Experience

  • Administrative or project related background would be desirable
