Your new company A reputable, rapidly-growing business based in the south of Wolverhampton is looking for an additional member of staff to join their sales team as a Customer Service Advisor. Your new role
Answering general customer enquiries
Processing customer orders
Sending out documents and information to new customers
Generating leads for the sales team
Inputting sales orders and data
What you'll need to succeed
Excellent initiative and ability to work independently
Well-organised and ability to prioritise workload
Great attention to detail
Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is ideal but not essential
