The company is a specialist company that focusses on the decommissioning of live and redundant industrial facilities and plant equipment.
Your New RoleAs our temporary administrator, receptionist, and PA, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Administrative Support: Handle paperwork, data entry, and document management efficiently.
• Reception Duties: Be the friendly face that greets visitors, answers calls, and manage enquiries.
• PA Tasks: Assist senior staff with scheduling, travel arrangements, and correspondence.

• We're looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
• Experience: Previous administrative, receptionist, or PA experience is essential.
• Organisational Skills: Juggling multiple tasks? No problem! You thrive in a busy environment.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
