Your new role You will be responsible for quoting to customers, raising purchase orders, assist with the co-ordination of events, shipment preparation and dispatch, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, assist with managing hours worked and holidays for UK employees, working closely with UK Manager and provide direction, maintaining business/ customer contact database, build and sustain relationships with customers and agencies, deal with queries, invoicing, liaising with the accounts department and support with health and safety. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have previous sales administration experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, have strong IT skills, ability to meet deadlines and organise work priorities, have demonstrated analytical skills and good attention to detail.
