Receptionist Part Time

Here at Sterling Recruitment Services we are recruiting for Receptionists on a part time basis on a temporary contract.

Working hours

Role 1: Working Monday,Tuesday&Wednesday 9:00am-14:30pm

Role 2: Working Thursday & Friday 08:00-17:30pm

Duties include;

• To provide a welcoming environment for all visitors ensuring compliance to the signing in and signing out procedure
• Ensure calls are dealt with promptly and professionally
• Ensure the Reception area is tidy at all times
• Provide administrative and clerical support to other departments
• Ensure that all deliveries are signed in and the appropriate team member/department is informed
• Deal with incoming and outgoing post on a daily basis
