About your team - Real Estate Operations

The real estate business was founded in 2006 and launched its first funds for institutional investors in 2008, attracting a range of blue-chip clients from the UK, continental Europe, and Asia. Our experienced team of fund managers, analysts, and operations professionals are based in 5 locations across Europe.

Real Estate Operations is responsible for providing support to the Real Estate Investment managers, research team, and other group functions.

About your role

The role will be an excellent opportunity for an individual who has in-depth knowledge of Yardi Voyager with experience in system administration support.

The role holder will help manage and enhance Yardi Voyager to ensure value maximization, improve process efficiency, and maintain an appropriate controls environment.

The role will also involve working closely with other FIL departments as well as external third-party service providers.

About you

Experience and Qualifications Required

  • 2+ Years' experience supporting Yardi products, particularly Yardi Voyager 7S
  • Experience implementing and upgrading Yardi Voyager
  • Experience working with multiple Property Managing Agents (both UK and Europe)
  • Understanding of systems related to property management processes (e.g., AP, AR, Treasury, Lease admin, etc.)
  • Attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Key Responsibilities

  • Setup New Legal Entities and Properties
  • Triage user requests/issues
  • Setup General Ledger & Bank Accounts
  • Resolve third-party Property Managing Agents issues/requests
  • Respond to information requests using standard reports within Yardi Voyager
  • Oversee data quality and investigate data quality issues
  • Provide general system training to both internal and external users
  • Support the development of Policies & Standard Operating Procedures
  • Create & maintain Invoice Templates and Workflows
  • Coordinate User Access & IP Information Collection
  • Complete Custom System Setup (Invoice templates, workflows, etc.)
  • Organize & manage system & UAT Testing
  • Research and present New Yardi Voyager Features
  • Co-ordinate updates, software changes, or emergency issues with all users
  • Perform System Maintenance and Update Tasks as part of BAU Activities
  • Drive Process Improvements, Simplification, and Automation of Processes
  • Monitor Client Central for Latest Webinars, Product Updates, Documentation & Technical Tips
  • Attend Yardi Advanced Solutions Conferences (YASC) and User Group Meetings
  • Take minutes and notes from YASC, UK User Group, and other meetings as necessary
  • Ensure compliance with procedures and controls and internal risk policies
