Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the offices over three Depots.
Providing support to the MD and assisting the executive team.
Managing the MD's diary schedule and organising overseas travel requirements.
Looking after office maintenance, business services, telecoms, and IT systems.
Purchasing stationery and office supplies, negotiating the best possible costs with suppliers.
Administering the recruitment process and maintaining accurate HR records.
