PA to MD

Your new roleAs the Permanent PA to the Managing Director (MD), you will play a pivotal role in supporting the MD's daily activities and ensuring the smooth operation of the office. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing the MD's diary, scheduling meetings, and organising appointments.
• Handling correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of the MD.
• Coordinating travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing detailed itineraries.
• Preparing and distributing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other important documents.
• Maintaining confidential files and records, ensuring data protection policies are adhered to.
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Providing general administrative support and handling ad hoc tasks as required.

• Proven experience as a PA, preferably supporting senior executives.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• The ability to work independently and prioritise tasks effectively.
• A high level of discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
• A proactive and adaptable approach to work, with a keen attention to detail.
