Application Officer

Position: International Students Application Officer

Job Type: Part-time

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am- 1pm

Ten Garden Education, a leading provider of application services for international students aspiring to study in the UK, is looking for a dynamic and well-organised Application Officer to join our team. This role will be based at our headquarters in Brighton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration of students' application documents
• Completion and submission of application forms
• Liaising with students, parents, and schools
• Preparing application agreements
• Managing records, maintaining databases, and corresponding regarding application statuses and results
• Organising and attending school and field visits
• Handling inquiries and applications from new students and their parents
• Translating supporting application documents
• Assisting with general office tasks and welfare duties
• Supporting the production of promotional literature and development of website content
• Providing administrative support to teams based in both the UK and China

Required Skills:

• Strong ability to engage with Chinese young people and their parents from diverse backgrounds
• Capacity to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and tact
• Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
• Language Skills: Fluent in English (required). Chinese is preferable but not essential.
