Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Adviser. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients, addressing their enquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Meet performance targets and contribute to team goals.
Requirements:
Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken).
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with clients from the Netherlands.
Knowledge of Dutch culture and business practices.
